Membership Rewards is a credit card reward programme of Samsung Card. The name("Membership Rewards") is from the overseas reward programme, Membership Rewards®, operated by American Express.

Samsung card says you'll earn Membership Rewards points if you use American Express Green card or American Express Gold card from Samsung Card, but it will be automatically combined with the Bonus Point and will be used in the same way. It's just another name of Bonus Point in Korea.

But if you have an American Express Green or Gold card from Samsung Card, It will let you transfer your Bonus Points to another, more reward programmes and mileages than just Bonus Point.
